Barru – Bupati Barru Ir. H. Suardi Saleh, M.Si menerima kunjungan kerja Bupati Toli-Toli Sulawesi Tengah Amran H. Yahya dan rombongan di rumah Jabatan Bupati Barru, Rabu (9/03/2022).
“Selamat datang Bapak Bupati Toli-Toli Amran H. Yahya di Kabupaten Barru. Selamat datang kembali ke kampung halaman Kabupaten Barru ,”sambut Bupati didampingi Ketua TP PKK yang juga Anggota DPR RI Komisi IX dari Partai NasDem.
Mengawali sambutannya Bupati Barru memperkenalkan para pejabat Barru diantaranya Ketua TP PKK, Sekda Barru dan kepala OPD serta Kepala Bagian yang sempat hadir.
Dirinya mengaku merasa berbahagia hari ini karena Bupati Toli -Toli tiba di Kabupaten Barru yang merupakan kampung halamannya. Setiap tamu adalah kehormatan dan tentunya tamu itu selalu membawa berkah.
Bupati Barru disela-sela sambutannya mengemukakan peran inspiratif AG. Prof. H.M. Faried Wajdy, Lc.MA, Ketua MUI Kabupaten Barru sekaligus Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso serta Ketua Baznas sampai sekarang. Di Baznas ini sejak memimpin Baznas dari hasil pengumpulan zakat dari tahun ke tahun meningkat,
Disamping itu satu-satunya daerah yang ada dalam Al Qur’an dalam surat at-thur adalah yaitu Inna Huwal Barru Rahim artinya selalu membawa kedamaian. Ini dapat menjadi spirit bagi oramg Barru dimana pun anda berada untuk selalu membawa kedamaian.
Dihadapan Bupati Toli-Toli, Bupati Barru H. Suardi Saleh menjelaskan tentang Kabupaten Barru terdiri dari 7 Kecamatan 40 Desa dan 25 Kelurahan dengan berbagai potensi daerah.
Dia juga menjelaskan Pertumbuhan ekonomi 2021 yaitu 2,87 persen sebelum adanya pandemi Covid-19 naik menjadi 87 persen. Namun setelah pandemi maka dikeluarkan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat, diakuinya tingkat kemiskinan meningkat namun index pembangunan manusia masih mengalami peningkatan.
“Kabupaten Barru sesuai visi dan misinya yakni Kabupaten Barru yang Sejahtera, Mandiri, Berkeadilan dan Bernafaskan Keagamaan.
Visi ini menjadi arah perjalanan pembangunan Kabupaten Barru selama tahun 2020-2025 berdasarkan prioritas juga didasari Pembangunan Keagamaan. Artinya kegiatan Pemerintahan selalu harus berlandaskan nilai-nilai agama”, terang Bupati Barru.
Lebih lanjut dipaparkan Bupati, Kawasan Industri Kabupaten Barru, yang dikenal dengan Kawasan Emas Garongkong ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) yang luas areal pengembangan kurang lebih 3.097.42 Ha.
Kawasan ini katanya, didesain dengan konsep pengembangan Eco Industrial Park (Pusat industri penghasil produk/jasa). Kawasan ini terdiri dari perairan pantai, dataran dan perbukitan yang dilalui jalur jalan nasional dan rel kereta api Trans Sulawesi.
Bupati juga menjelaskan, disektor Parwisata salah satu program yang jalan adalah Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POK Darwis) yang bertujuan pengembangan sektor Parwisata diantaranya Pantai Ujung Batu, Pulau Dutungen, Lappa Laona dan destinasi wisata lainnya.
Sementara itu kehadiran Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) yang diresmikan pada tanggal 20 Februari 2020 oleh Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, Tjahjo Kumolo yang bertepatan hari jadi Kabupaten Barru ke-60.
Instansi tergabung di MPP sebanyak 21 Instansi dengan 91 produk layanan, tahun 2022 bertambah 3 Instansi dengan 17 layanan sehingga total 24 Instansi dengan 108 produk layanan yamg pada prinsipnya adalah memudahkan pelayanan dan mendatangkan kebahagiaan.
“Alhamdulillah sebelum ada MPP diakuinya tingkat layanan masih amburadul dan sekarang Setelah adanya MPP tingkat keluhan menurun. Kesyukuran kita juga Disdukcapil memberi layanan menyiapkan petugas registrasi Desa jadi tidak perlu lagi ke Kota mengurus KTP, KK dan Akte kelahiran, kecuali perekaman KTP.”, jelasnya.
Sementara Bupati Toli-Toli Amran H. Yahya menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Bupati Barru dan segenap pejabat Barru atas penyambutan dan penerimaannya.
Disini juga kami merasa bahagia karena bisa sampai di Barru dimana merupakan tanah leluhurya.Sejak kedatangan kami di Kabupaten Barru dari Toli-Toli memanfaatkan waktu bertemu kerabat dan keluarga khususnya di Kiru-Kiru, Mattoanging dan Palanro Nepo.
“Tujuan kedatangan kami disini ingin memperat tali silaturahmi karena dengan itu segala apa yang dilakukan dapat dipermudah, kedua ingin mendapat berkah dari daerah leluhurnya karena kedepan apa yang kami dapatkan bisa diterapkan di Kabupaten Toli-Toli.”, beber Amran.
Dikatakan, Di Kabupaten Toli-Toli Hampir 78 persen penduduk adalah orang Bugis dan sekitar 60 persen berasal dari Barru .Itulah barangkali berkahnya sehingga bisa terpilih menjadi Bupati Toli-Toli karena bersatunya warga Barru di Toli-Toli.
“Jadi Toli-Toli itu adalah Barru ke bagi saya. Dan kedatangan kami ditanah leluhur dapat memperoleh berkah dan mempererat silaturahmi untuk mewujudkan kerjasama d kedua daerah,”harapnya.
Hadir Rombongan Ketua TP PKK Kabupaten Toli-Toli, Sekda, Anggota DPRD dan beberapa kepala OPD lingkup Pemkab Toli-Toli.
