BARRU – Bupati Barru, Ir. H. Suardi Saleh, M. Si, meninjau kondisi warga yang terkena musibah kebakaran beberapa hari yang lalu di Dusun Pacciro, Desa Libureng, Kecamatan Tanete Riaja, Kabupaten Barru, Senin (20/12/2021).
Pada peristiwa kebakaran itu, sedikitnya 5 unit rumah terbakar, 2 unit diantaranya rata dengan tanah sementara 3 rumah lainnya mengalami rusak ringan dan sedang.
Korban masing masing bernama Irahe (57), Idrus Kula (80) rumah beserta isinya rata dengan tanah, sementara mange (50), Hafida (45), Sukri (50) dan Semming (60) mengalami rusak ringan dampak kebakaran itu. Sementara kerugian ditaksir mencapai ratusan juta rupiah.
Atas kejadian itu, Bupati Barru H. Suardi Saleh turun bersama Baznas meninjau sekaligus menyerahkan bantuan logistik dan uang tunai untuk para korban kebakaran.
Bupati Barru pada kunjungannya menyampaikan rasa prihatin yang mendalam atas musibah ini.
Dirinya meminta para korban bersabar menghadapi musibah ini. Kita tetap harus bersabar, mudah-mudahan nantinya akan digantikan oleh Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala yang lebih baik.
“Sabbaraki, nanti akan digantikan oleh Allah yang lebih bagus” ucap Suardi Saleh yang memberikan semangat kepada para korban.
Turut mendampingi Kepala BPBD Kab. Barru Drs. Andi Djalil Mappiare, dan Camat Tanete Riaja Musakkir, S.Sos.

”Informasi yang kami himpun dari korban dilokasi kejadian diduga disebabkan arus pendek listrik yg di mulai dari ruang tengah (kamar) salah satu korban kebakaran”, pungkasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, setelah mengunjungi lokasi kebakaran, Bupati Barru menyempatkan diri memantau pelaksanaan kegiatan vaksinasi di Desa Libureng dan pembangunan kantor Camat Tanete Riaja.
