Barru – Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Masiga yang diresmikan oleh Menteri dalam Negeri Tjahjo Kumolo pada Hari Jadi Barru Ke-60 Tahun 2020 silam, terus dikembangkan dan disempurnakan.
Jelang Hari Jadi Barru Ke-62, dilakukan Penandatanganan Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) dan Perjanjian Kerja sama tentang Pelaksanaan Layanan Publik di Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Barru antar Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Barru dengan Kantor Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Provinsi Sul-Sel, Kejaksaan Negeri Barru Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Parepare dan Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Parepare, bertempat di Rujab Bupati Barru, Selasa (15/2/2022).
Bupati Barru Ir. H. Suardi Saleh, M. Si dalam sambutannya mengatakan pelaksanaan penandatanganan Mou dan perjanjian kerjasama ini merupakan Amanah Peraturan Presiden No. 89 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Mal Pelayanan Publik.
“Kami berterima kasih dengan MoU pada hari ini, pelayanan satu atap satu pintu tujuannya bagaimana melayani masyarakat dengan mudah dan cepat, semakin banyak Instansi pelayanan yang tergabung di MPP semakin mempermudah masyarakat kita dalam mengurus administrasi dan kebutuhan lainnya yang ada di MPP,” ungkap Suardi Saleh menyampaikan syukur dan ucapan terima kasih atas terjalinnya pengembangan kemudahan layanan dengan MoU dan Perjanjian Kerjasama ini.
Dirinya bersyukur atas prestise Barru dengan landmark dan inovasi berupa Gedung Tower dan layanan MPP Masiga Mal sebagai rujukan studi banding untuk kawasan Indonesia Timur yang telah mendapat kunjungan dari berbagai Pemerintahan seperti Provinsi papua, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Tenggara, Kabupaten Kota di Sulawesi Selatan dan pimpinan institusi perwakilan BI provinsi, Sulsel serta jadi pusat studi belajar instansi lainnya.
“Saya harapkan pelayanan ini setiap tahun meningkat, mari sama-sama berinovasi untuk mendorong percepatan pelayanan di Kabupaten Barru,” pungkas Kepala Daerah yang Februari ini telah memenuhi perjalanan setahunnya selaku Kepala Daerah Terpilih untuk Periode Kedua.
Dalam dua tahun melayani masyarakat Barru ada pencapaian yang cukup baik dalam peningkatan layanan masyarakat yakni dengan kontribusi dari seluruh instansi yang bergabung. Adapun capaian yang telah tercapai pada tahun 2020 dengan jumlah investasi 411 M dan tahun 2022 dengan jumlah investasi 415 M dengan kepuasan masyarakat pada tahun 2020 79,17% dan pada tahun 2021 86,41%
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Barru Ardi Suryanto, mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pemda Barru dengan MoU ini, yang telah memberikan tempat di MPP dalam pelayani masyarakat terkait masalah hukum.
“Bagian dari tugas kami, Memastikan program pemerintah terlaksana dengan baik dan meningkatkan pelayanan ke pada masyarakat, dengan adanya tempat Kejaksaan di MPP, kami mengharapkan kepada masyarakat untuk datang berkonsultasi terkait masalah Hukum khususnya di Kabupaten Barru,” urai Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Barru Ardi Suryanto.
Harapan Presiden Republik Indonesia Joko Widodo terkait masalah Hukum di Indonesia, kalau bisa diselesaikan di depan akan lebih baik dari pada masuk ke pengadilan.
Ungkapan terima kasih juga di sampaikan oleh Perwakilan KPPN Pratama Parepare, kami sangat berterima kasih kepada Pemda Barru dengan adanya tempat sebagai perwakilan Kantor kami di Kabupaten Barru, ini akan lebih mendekatkan ke stakeholder kami.
