Bupati Barru Ir. H. Suardi Saleh M.Si, yang dikenal sebagai pemimpin humanis dan tanpa sekat ini, melepas dan membagikan cenderamata kepada sekira 131 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pemerintah Kabupaten Barru yang memasuki masa purnabakti atau pensiun. Hal ini sebagai bentuk penghormatan yang digelar khusus bagi ASN yang pensiun medio September 2019 sampai Agustus 2020. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Baruga Singkeru Ada’e, Rujab Bupati Barru, Rabu (16/12/2020).
Bupati Suardi Saleh dalam sambutannya menyampaikan rasa syukur kepada Allah SWT atas segala nikmat, sehingga hari ini tugas pengabdian sebagai ASN telah sampai dipenghujung atau memasuki purnabakti.
“Terima kasih semuanya karena selama berkarir sebagai ASN telah menunjukkan kinerja baik, loyalitas dan tentunya akan dikenang sepanjang masa,” ucap Suardi Saleh yang juga merupakan mantan ASN.
Bupati Suardi Saleh yang juga merupakan purnabakti ASN ini, menjabarkan bahwa masa pensiun sebagai anugrah yang disyukuri, karena telah melewati masa suka dan duka, dan setelah sampai puncak karir dan kembali ke masyarakat.
“Purnabakti bagi seorang ASN merupakan simbol penghormatan, dan terima kasih atas pengabdiannya selama mengemban amanah sebagai aparatur sipil negara di Pemerintah Kabupaten Barru” ucap Bupati Barru yang hadir dibersamai Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Barru drg. Hj. Hasnah Syam MARS dan Wakil Bupati Barru Ir. H. Nasruddin Abdul Muttalib M.Si. serta Kepala BKPSDM Barru Ir. H. Nasrudin M.AP.
Apalagi, salah satu yang terhitung dalam pelepasan ini, adalah Sahabatnya dalam hal ini mantan Sekretaris Daerah Barru yang kini duduk sebagai Wakil Bupati Barru Nasruddin AM. Tahun lalu, Beliau mengajukan pensiun sebagai ASN sebelum maju dan terpilih dalam proses pengisian jabatan Wakil Bupati Barru.
“Atas nama pemerintah, kami menyampaikan terima kasih sebesar-sebesarnya kepada para pejabat yang memasuki masa purnabakti. Terima kasih atas pengabdian, dedikasi dan kerjasamanya selama ini, membantu dan berkonstribusi aktif sesuai dengan tanggungjawabnya dalam memajukan Barru,” tutup Suardi Saleh mengakhiri sambutannya.
Adapun ASN Pemerintah Kabupaten Barru memasuki purnabakti tersebut terdiri sebanyak 119 ASN. Sementara total ASN yang pensiun berdasarkan jabatan sejak September 2019 sampai Agustus 2020, yakni :

Pelaksana : 14 orang
