Sosialisasi Mal Pelayanan Publik dan Pemberdayaan UMKM yang digelar di Makassar, berjalan istimewa dengan kehadiran Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia, KH. Ma’ruf Amin bersama segenap Kepala Daerah se-Sulsel, Kantor Gubernur Sulsel, Senin (31/1/2022).
Kabupaten Barru, yang telah menjadi rujukan Kementerian Dalam Negeri untuk contoh terbaik dalam pembangunan MPP, dan sejauh ini telah dikunjungi oleh berbagai Pemda dari berbagai Daerah di Indonesia, mendapatkan keistimewaan di gelaran ini.
Bupati Barru, Ir. H. Suardi Saleh M.Si diberikan ruang untuk menyampaikan proses terbangun dan terlaksananya layanan di MPP yang mensinergikan semua layanan pemerintahan dalam satu gedung Menara Kantor Bupati Barru.
“Alhamdulillah, mendapat kesempatan melaporkan pelaksanaan Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kabupaten Barru ke Wakil Presiden RI, Bapak KH. Ma’ruf Amin dalam kunjungan kerjanya di Kantor Gubernur Sulsel, Kepada Wakil Presiden RI, kami menyampaikan jika MPP Masiga Kabupaten Barru, terdapat dua puluh satu instansi baik vertikal, pemerintah provinsi, BUMN maupun Perimerintah daerah sendiri dengan 91 jumlah layanan,” sebut Bupati Suardi Saleh yang paparkan upaya memaksimalkan pelayanan, selain MPP di tower kantor bupati, Pemkab Barru juga telah menempatkan agen-agen perizinan di masing-masing kantor desa/kelurahan.
“Salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk semakin memudahkan warga dalam memperoleh izin usaha. Karena fungsi Agen Perizinan diantaranya melakukan pendampingan terhadap warga dalam melakukan permohonan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Resiko (OSS-RBA) pada laman oss.go.id,” laporannya yang didengar dan disimak oleh segenap petinggi yang membersamai Wapres Ma’ruf Amin dan pimpinan semua Kabupaten Kota Se-Sulsel.
Barru patut bersyukur, keberadaan MPP ini semakin hari memberi dampak positif. Selain mempercepat perizinan publik, maupun izin usaha, juga seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah investasi di Barru. Tercatat, Barru masuk lima besar untuk investasi di Sulsel.
Keberhasilan lainnya, tingkat kepuasan publik juga meningkat. Indikatornya adalah hasil survei yang mencatatkan 86.4% warga puas dengan pelayanan pemerintahan.
Bapak Wakil Presiden juga mengapresiasi Barru tergolong cepat menghadirkan Mal Pelayanan Publik. Mengingat di Sulsel, baru ada tiga daerah yang memiliki MPP, yakni Barru, Palopo dan Selayar.
